It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Myra Louise King, age 100, at Miraquinn Hilltop Manor, Hickman's Harbour on December 9, 2015. Predeceased by her husband, Ralph, grandchildren, Clifford and Gary, sons-in-law, Gene Carter and Edward Kelly. Leaving to mourn are her children, Ruby; Bob (Margaret) and Bill (Ruth); 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and many other extended relatives and close friends, including staff, residents and Chris and Kim Hansford at Miraquinn Hilltop Manor. Rested at Vardy's Funeral Home, Hickman's Harbour, Random Island. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Donna Hann, took place from the United Church Hickman's Harbour on December 12, 2015 with interment following.
