At the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge on Monday, December 21, 2015 of Alvin Merritt Buell, Mount Albion, age 89 years.
Grandfather of Glen Buell (Jacqueline) and Dennis Buell. Great-grandfather of Logan Buell. Brother of Ray Buell and Shirley MacRae. Step-father of Shirley Crane, Ralph MacDougall (Lydia), Wendell MacDougall (Marielle), Daniel MacDougall (Geraldine), Garth MacDougall (Debby) and Johnny MacDougall (Cherylann). Remembered by his numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his wife, S. Ada Buell (MacKinnon); by his son, Dennis Buell; by his grandson, Barry; by his parents, Arbott and Eva Buell; and by his eight brothers and four sisters.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, December 28, at 10 a.m. Interment in Birchill Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2-4 p.m.
