Len peacefully passed away in his sleep on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Totem Lodge in Sechelt, British Columbia at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Rosalie Tweedie; husband to Eva Veronica Vendryes; devoted father to James Allister Shannon, Dorothy Johanna, John Leonard and his wife Theresa Louise Tweedie, and step-son Richard Andrew Vendryes. The son of the late James Murray Tweedie and Beatrice Shannon. The family wishes to thank Totem Lodge, Sechelt, BC and Sunil Perera (Sunny) for their care and compassion.
A memorial service will be held in January, 2016.
