NEW GLASGOW / WESTVILLE - Audrey Leona Fennell, 64 of St. Theresa Street, New Glasgow, the former Audrey Stewart of Westville passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at her home.

Born in New Glasgow on December 31, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth (MacNeil) Stewart.

Audrey grew up in Westville and graduated from Westville High School where she served as President of the Student Council. She was a Laboratory Technician at the Aberdeen Hospital until retirement. Audrey enjoyed travelling and being with her family and friends. She was always a happy and fun person to be with.

She will be dearly missed by her husband Richard; daughters, Kelly, Erin, and Ashley Fennell; grand children Dallas, Keith, Kaitlyn, Ashton. Danica, Michael and Brooklynd; sister Marion Mahoney (Ray), Pictou; nieces and nephews, Stewart Mahoney (Liz), Philip Mahoney, Elizabeth Glenwright (Robert), Graham Mahoney, Leslie Ford (Bill).

There will be no visitation or funeral by request. A family graveside service will be held at a later date at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
