It is with great sadness that the family of the late Beatrice Pye announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Home on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at the age of 90 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Brenda Dolimont, Barbara Berger, Donna Kelly (Richard), and Douglas (Brenda); grandchildren: Michelle, Stephen (Heather), Roxanna, Geoffrey (Kassie), Jennifer (Ed), Lisa (Devin), Rebecca (Chris), Kate (Micah), and Adam; great-grandchildren: Logan, Edan, Connor, Hope, Shilo, Matthew, Josephine, and Margaret; her in-laws: Emma (Lou) Pitcher and Ches Verge, as well as a large circle of other family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Clifford; grandson Paul; parents Winnifred and Reuben Rideout; brothers Hardy and Vic; sisters-in-law Vivian Verge and Edna Rideout. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from Country Haven Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the charity of one's choice.
