The death of Marion Evelyn MacDonald (nee Whalen), of Charlottetown, age 87 years, occurred at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Saturday, January 9, 2016.
Dear mother of Jean MacDonald, Charles (Pauline), Karen Stoskey (Don), Michael (Jan), Gerard (Monette) and Irene Eisnor (Paul). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary, Bill, Jim and Vic. Predeceased by her husband Peter D. MacDonald.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Thursday at 12:45, then to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 1 p.m. Interment in St. Columba Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Fairfield (East Point). Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
St. Pius X CWL will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre or Hospice Palliative Care Association of Prince Edward Island.
