Passed peacefully away with his family at his side, James Joseph Murphy, Aged 62 years, of Logy Bay. Predeceased by his father John Murphy, and brothers Tony and Paul Murphy. Leaving to mourn his wife Kelly Murphy (nee Mahon); son Chad Murphy (Karla); daughter Kim Murphy (Paul); mother Catherine Murphy; sisters Mary Watch (Charles), Linda Murphy, and Cecilia Molloy (Paul); brothers Bernard Murphy (Elaine), John Murphy (Shirley), and Gary Murphy; mother-in-law Doreen Stone (Kevin); father-in-law Richard Mahon (Ann); sisters-in-law Beverley Murphy and Betty Evans; as well as nieces, nephews, as well as a large circle of family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the Health Science Center 4SA, Dr. Farrell, Dr. Khrashi, and their staff. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Wednesday, January 13th, 2016, from 11 a.m - 9 p.m and Thursday, January 14th, 2016 from 10 a.m - 12 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi, Outer Cove, at 1:30 p.m., with interment to follow at the St. Francis Cemetery.
