Head
The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, January 1, 2016, of Selma Head, of Slemon Park, aged 68 years. Born in Clarke’s Head, NL, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Inez (Gillingham) Francis. Survived by her husband Cliff Head; sons Tony (Sharon), Glenwood, NL; Lee, Summerside; very special grandson Shamus Warren; sisters Marie Lawton (Ed), Joan (Fred) Pike, Christine (Dick) Seldon, Joanne Francis (Larry), Yvonne (Bob) Penton; brothers Reg (Pauline), Dalton (Cathy), Ira (Gwen) and Philip. Predeceased by her sisters Andrea and Maxine Francis. A private funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Moase Funeral Home Chapel, Summerside, PE. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation – Palliative Care Unit, would be appreciated. www.moase.ca
