It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Margaret Rose Pieroway announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the age of 75 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Diane (Steve), Shallop Cove, Carol (Rose), Mattis Point, Carolyn, Stephenville Crossing, Carla (Darren), St. George's, Emily (Lloyd), NS, Stephen, Codroy, Charlene (like a daughter), St. George's; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers: Neil (Cathy), NB, Ernest (Betty), ON, Thomas (Geraldine), ON; sister Laura (Lester), Stephenville Crossing as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband William Pieroway; parents Ernest and Annie Halbot; daughter Lorraine Pieroway; brothers: Gerald Halbot, Patrick White; sisters: Alma Pike and Marie Lasaga. Visitation will take place from St. Joseph's Parish, St. George's, NL on Friday, January 15th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium following the visitation. The Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 10 a.m. from St. Joseph's Parish in St. George's with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Inurnment will take place during the summer of 2016. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
