We, the family of Mildred Lillian Boutilier, regret to announce her passing on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, at the age of 103.
Born in North Sydney, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Charlotte (Misseau) Hamilton.
Mildred was a member of St. Andrew’s United Church, Sydney and the UCW.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Wilma Boutilier, Glace Bay; grandchildren, Marc Boutilier (Beth), Halifax and Jennifer (Wayne) Buchanan, Glace Bay; great-granddaughter, Reese Buchanan.
Mildred was predeceased by her husband, Ernest and son, Wilfred.
The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was predeceased by her sisters, Clara Crotti, Hazel Hanneman and Edith Andrews and brother, Claude Hamilton.
A graveside service will take place in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
