MURPHY, DONALD
The death of Donald William Murphy of New Zion, NB occurred Monday, January 25, 2016 at the W. G. Bishop Nursing Home. Born in Chipman, NB he was the son of the late John and Laura (MacDonald) Murphy.
Survived by his loving wife Muriel (Lunney) Murphy; sons, Richard (Brenda), Danny (Jennifer); step-son, Rick (Sandra); step-daughter, Susan Dickie (Owen); grandchildren, Miranda, Brett, Nicholas, Geoffrey, Alexander and Rebekah; brother, Jerry Murphy (Eileen); sisters, Helen Babineau and Beatrice Fox; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Don was predeceased by a grandson, Michael; brothers Ted, Bob and Doug Murphy; sisters, June Coakley and Jean Crawford.
Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visiting on Thursday evening from 6 to 8pm. Funeral Service will take place 11:00AM Friday, January 29, 2016 from Minto Community Chapel. Honorary pallbearers will be Daryl Arsenault, Jordan Arsenault, Jack Murphy, Brett Murphy, Geoffrey Baldwin and Bob Coakley.
