It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father Charles Alexander "Alex" Carleton on January 22, 2016 at the age of 88. Leaving to mourn his loss are his daughters Debbie (Bob) Tait, Diane (Doug) Corrins, Mary-Lou (Dan) Gates, and Lisa Carleton (Darcy Tienkamp); his son Ed Carleton; the mother of his children Rose Carleton; sister Hazel; 27 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Alex was born and raised in Neville, SK and later settled into Swift Current, SK where he raised his family. He worked as a mechanic for many years but his true love was helping his brothers on the farm. He spent the last few years of his life at the Palliser Regional Care Centre. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation go out to Dr. T. Lee, 2nd floor nurses and support staff at the Palliser for all the loving care given to our Dad.
