It is with saddened tone and somber voice that we announce the passing of Marquis Elijah Lee Pettis at the age of 2 months on January 29, 2016.
Left holding his torch of greatness are his loving parents Ashley Dalziel and Shane Pettis. Along with loving grandparents Kimberly and William Pettis, Randy Dalziel, Paula Hurst, and Tanya Smith. Behind to support all of them is a vast family network of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, great-grandparents and friends. “Your light may be lost but your fire shall burn within all of us forever.”
There will be a small private service for direct family and friends on Tuesday, February 2 at 11 a.m. in the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marquis may be made to the Pettis Family Memorial Fund.
