Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2016, Elizabeth (Bessie) Williams of Grand Bank, age 92 years. Predeceased by husband John. Leaving to mourn, with fond and loving memories sister Alice Critch, children: Phil Williams (Beulah) of St. John's, Len Williams (Laura) of St. John's, Gordon Williams (Doreen) of Grande Praire, Alberta, Alice Reid (Hayward) of Grand Bank, Ann Hillier of Paradise, Lloyd Williams (Ruby) of Paradise, Jean King (Junior) of Fortune, Albert Williams (Thelma) of St. John's, Yvonne Barter of Fortune, Doreen Stryde (Jim) of Portugal Cove-St. Phillip's, 27 grandchildren and a large number of great as well as great-great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Resting and visitations will take place at Warren's Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Thursday, February 4th 7-9 pm, and Friday, February 5th 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel in Grand Bank Saturday, February 6th at 1 pm. In Bessie's memory, donations may be made to the Grand Bank Salvation Army Cemetery Fund.
