BAILEY, DONALD "BUTCH" FRANK
The passing of Donald “Butch” Frank Bailey of Fredericton, NB occurred on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 19, 1935 in Marysville, NB, he was the son of the late Ralph and Jessie (Collings) Bailey. Butch worked for the Marysville Cotton Mill. He was a long time Marysville resident, active in baseball in his younger years, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Marysville, Branch #4 and an avid Red Sox Fan.
Butch is survived by his brother, Reginald Bailey (Anna) of Fredericton, NB; nieces, Cynthia Bailey, Mindy Crawford (Bradley), Danica Bailey all of Fredericton, NB and Brenda McRae (George) of Ontario.
There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. A Private Family Graveside Service at Douglas Rural Cemetery will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
