It is with heavy hearts that the families of Lucy Margaret Rumbolt nee Janes announce her sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, on Saturday, February 13th, 2016, at the age of 78 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Max, her children Neil (Carmen), Noel (Doris), Darrell (Pat), Irving (Debbie), Owen (Robbie), Betty (Doug), and Christopher, her brother Gerald (Dorthery), nephew Vernon, and niece Elizabeth, also sadly missed by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL on Monday, February 15th, 2016 from the hours of 2-4 and 6-8 pm, and continuing on Tuesday, February 16th, 2016 from the hours of 2-4 pm. Keeping with Lucy's wishes cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Canadian Diabete Association, in Lucy's memory would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
