Card of Thanks
We, the family of the late David George Bona extend our warmest gratitude to all who were there for us in our time of need. My sisters: Anne Boutilier and Diane Pero, our good friends Aldona Liutkus and Marlyn Shinners, much thanks for all you did for us. We were also honored by those of you who travelled from away especially Ronnie, Dave’s brother. We appreciate those who took the time to visit, sent Mass and sympathy cards, food and those who called and made donations. Our sincere thanks to the attending doctors, especially Dr. Knott and the nurses of the Northside General Hospital, 4th floor west. Thanks to the ambulance drivers who transported him to Sydney Hospital and back a few times, your kindness will not be forgotten. Much thanks to our good friend Fr. Crispo for the meaningful eulogy given, Dave would have been so pleased. Thank you to Fr. Patrick for setting up communication of Dave’s sister Nancy in India and concelebrating with Fr. Crispo. Thank you the other readers Dave’s sister-in-law Linda Bona and Ladona Liutkus, the choir for their wonderful choice of music and to the Funeral Reception team for the delicious lunch after the grave side service, it was greatly enjoyed by all. Thanks to Dooley’s Funeral Home whose direction of kindness helped us through our difficult time.
