Passed peacefully away on February 16, 2016 in Houston, Texas with his family by his side, Chesley E. Belbin (Junior) formerly of Bay Roberts, aged 64 yrs. Predeceased by parents Chesley and Lois Belbin. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Judy Chien; sons: Elliott Belbin of Ottawa and Mark Belbin of St. John's; brothers: Donald (Daisy), Walter (Cynthia), Herbert (Linda); nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Visitation at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts on Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, February 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM from Grace United Church, Coley's Point with Inurnment to follow at Grace United Cemetery, Coley's Point. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
