Ricky Stephen Donofrio (or, you may have known him as “Superman”) entered eternal life on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the age of 59 years. He received a call, the sort of offer you cannot refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time, including his beloved cat, Bailey. His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where laughter and love are guaranteed, salt is healthy and apple juice is abundant.
His spirit is carried on by his daughters, Shanda and Cara (Seun); his granddaughter, Taiah; and an extended family of relations and friends from every walk of life.
We want to let him know that he did a great job and wish him a safe journey. We will forever remember his smile, his wit, his life lessons, his energy, and his love for life, family
and friends. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Animal Shelter of your choice or to the SPCA in your area.
