Austin, Francis John
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Francis "Frank" John Austin of Whites Cove, NB, on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2016. He was the son of the late John Z. and Adelaide Austin.
Frank is survived by his wife, Catharine; sisters-in-law, Louise and Myra; son, John; daughter, Joy (Jr.); his extended family, Debbie, Dana (Vicki), the Johanson's and B. J. MacFarlane; grandsons, Brent and Ryan; five great-grandchildren; and aunt, Eileen Ferris.
He was predeceased by his parents; first wife, Margaret; brothers, Percy and Tilley; and great-granddaughter, Hailey.
Visitation will be in the Oromocto Funeral Home on Sunday, March 27th, 2016, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held in the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 28th, 2016, at 11:00 am with the Rev. Canon Walter Williams officiating. Interment will take place in the St. John's Anglican Cemetery, Whites Cove, following the service. A reception will be held in the Jemseg Lions Hall.
