Passed away peaceful on Saturday, March 26th, 2016 at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, Elizabeth Porter aged 74 years. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Mary Porter; brothers: Albert (Maureen) Porter, and David; Sister Dorothy (Herb Hallahan). Leaving to mourn her brother Edward (Sadie) Porter and their children Naomi (Chris), Edward Jr.(Amanda), and Carl; sister-in-law Marie Porter; special friend Elizabeth Keating; and a number of other niece, nephews, cousins and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 2 pm-3 pm, followed by a burial service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
