The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, March 28, 2016 of Alfred MacLeod of Long Creek, age 79 years.
He is survived by brothers, Norman (Roma), Sterling (Pauline), and Ivan MacLeod, sisters, Bessie MacLeod and Eileen Quiring, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Mary (MacLean) MacLeod, sisters, Edith Greeley, Rose MacKinnon and Verna Vernick, brothers, Lorne and Garfield MacLeod.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where a private service will be held in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place later in Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. No visiting hours by personal request.
