It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Williams announce his passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Home on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the age of 75 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Eileen of 55 years; sons: Michael (Theresa), Edward (Jennifer); granddaughter: Josie; step grandchildren: Matthew, Samantha, and Sarah; brothers: Ronald and Wayne; sisters: Audrey, Barbara, and Maureen; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Margaret and Charles Williams; sisters: Shirley and Margaret; brothers: Tom, Dave, and Roy. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road today from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. from Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Father Terry Boland officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Parkinson's Society.
