Peacefully with her family by her side at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, March 31, 2016, of Joyce Ann McKeigan (nee Kinch) of Charlottetown age 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Ron McKeigan and dear mother of Colleen (Richard) Bérubé, Christine McKeigan-Armitage and Karen (Darren) Gallant. She is also survived by four loving grandchildren, Michael (Ana) Bérubé, Jennifer (Chad) Bérubé-Piovesan, D’Arcy Gallant (friend Rae Rae), Melissa O’Brien (Jessie), great-grandchildren Nevaeh, Petra, Jaelynn and Audrey. She is also lovingly remembered by her brother-in-law Wayne “Perky” McKeigan (Evelyn), nieces Eleanor MacNeill, Cindy Wedge, nephews Dale McKeigan, Kevin Kelly and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her daughter Ann, siblings, Evelyn, Irene, Frances, Rita, Patricia, Maurice, Elmer, Gregory and Margaret. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Tuesday morning, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
