It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kathleen Janette Griffin announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the age of 50 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Heidi Griffin; parents Joseph and Eileen Griffin; brothers: Danieal Griffin (Roxane Mahoney), Todd Griffin (Diane Wareham), Robert Griffin (Lisa Hussey), Craig Griffin (Ann Griffin), Joseph Griffin (Janet Griffin); sisters Donna O'leary (Ron O'leary), Joy Houle (Christian Houle); Nephews and nieces: Jody, Patrick, Tim, Brett, Krystie, Robyn, Devyn, Alex and Jaime. She was predeceased by her sisters: Janette Griffin and Susan Griffin, and brother Pat Griffin. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Sunday between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from Sacred Heart Parish, Curling Street on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Don Leonard officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
