ARCHIBALD KEEPING

April 9, 1952 – April 3, 2016
It is with great sadness the family of the late Archibald Keeping, originally of Ramea, NL, passed peacefully away at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Sunday, April 3, 2016, a week before his 64th birthday, ending a courageous ten-month battle with brain cancer. Leaving to mourn his wife: Trudy; sons: David (Kathryn Roberts), Derek (Monique Keeping); daughters: Rebecca (Johnathan) Milley, Lisa (Steven Ward); grandchildren: Theodore, Marianne and Aidan; mother: Esther Keeping; brothers: Sandy (Sheila), Kelly (Heather); sisters: Bernice (Ron) Keeping, Joyce (Cecil) Marsden, Mary (Ian) Stewart, Edith (Mike) Maillet; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Wilbur Keeping. Cremation has taken place. Visitations took place on Thursday, April 7, from 7-9 p.m. from St. Boniface Anglican Church in Ramea from where funeral service will take place on Friday April 8, at 2 p.m. with Reverend David Taylor officiating with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Ramea.
