Long standing, well known and well respected business woman of Placentia, passed peacefully away Thursday, April 7, 2016, at the Placentia Health Centre. Margaret operated the Harold Hotel in Placentia, and was loved by many who encountered her kind and gentle nature over her many decades of service. Predeceased by her parents Jerome and Selina Williams; sisters Hilda Coyne and Marie Parrott; and brothers Cyril, Gerald and Brendan Williams. Mourning her passing and celebrating her life are her children Harold (Thelma), Wayne (Rose), David, Alberta, Sheila (Scott Montgomery), Alberta, and John (Viki); guardian angel to eleven grandchildren Aimee, Matthew, Sean, Shelby, Michael, Stephen, Martin, Allison, Andrew, Lauren, and Emma; three special great-grandchildren Roland, Victor, and Harrison; sisters Bertha (Sal Oliano), Connecticut, and Alice (Lou Hoffer), Washington State; cherished friends and special caregivers Linda Caul, Veronica Caul, Veronica Spurvey, Patsy Carroll and Selina Whelan; as well as many extended family members and friends. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia, with visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 2-9 pm daily. Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 11 am on Monday, April 11, 2016 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia with burial to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Placentia.
