Passed away peacefully at home in the presence of her loving family after a courageous battle with lung cancer, on Monday, April 18, 2016, Theresa O'Leary of Avondale. Leaving to mourn her devoted husband and best friend of 44 years Gary O'Leary, daughters: Odelia Byrne (Perry) and Jackie O'Leary (Michael Fowler), her precious grandchildren: Bradley Byrne, Austin and Chloe O'Leary-Fowler (all who meant the world to her), sisters: Mary Mahoney, Helen O'Leary (John), brother: Kevin (Laura) Parsley, sisters-in-law: Kay Murphy (Bill), Joan Bonneau (Ray), Bernice Devereaux (Mickey), Rebecca O'Leary, brothers-in-law: Patrick O'Leary (Dot), John Devereaux, Artie Furey (Karen). Predeceased by her parents: John and Bride Parsley, mother and father-in-law: Patrick and Florence O'Leary, grandson, Stacy O'Leary-Fowler, brother John Parsley, sisters-in-law: Barbara Devereaux, Mary Noseworthy, Jenny Furey, brothers-in-law: Gerald O'Leary, Nick Mahoney and Harold Noseworthy. Also leaving to mourn numerous nephews, nieces and lifetime friends. At her request cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will take place on Friday, April 22, 2016 @ 10:30 am from Assumption Church, Avondale. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
