It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frederick Herbert Carson announce his passing on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his beloved wife Genevieve; children: Wade (Susan), Brock, Wendy (Markus), Janet (Gary), Darrell (Dawn), Patricia (Curtis); grandchildren: Amanda, Denika, Mathea, Brandon, Trevor, George, Patrick, Michael and Katie; great-grandchild Lily; brother John; sisters: Lois, Cora, Joan and Valerie. He was predeceased by his parents Harold & Pauline. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from Assumption Parish, Stephenville Crossing at 11:00 a.m. with Father Maurice O'Quinn officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to The Cancer Society.
