LYONS, Alice May - 64, of Pictou, passed away on April 22, 2016 in the Shiretown Nursing Home, Pictou.
Alice was born in Pictou to Annie and Patrick Lyons on August 22, 1951.
She was involved with Summer Street Industries and enjoyed all of their programming.
Alice is survived by her brothers and sisters, Linda (Peter) Daley, Brenda (Mark) Lyons-McInnis, Donna Lyons, Elizabeth (Joseph) Rice, Leonard (Edna) Lyons, Chester (Marilyn) Lyons, Dave (Glenda) Lyons, her mother, Annie (Earl) Lyons and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Patrick Lyons and brother, Charlie Lyons.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11am, in Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, Pictou with Father Peter MacDonald officiating. A reception will follow in the church hall.
Donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA.
