Peter Sturge of Salvage, passed peacefully away on April 24 2016 at the Dr.G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville at the age of 67,after a courageous battle with cancer .Predeceased by his parents Fred and Carrie Sturge..Leaving to mourne his loving wife of 44 years Janie his two sons Peter(Krista) Perry(Connie) and four precious grandchildren which was his pride and joy Brandon ,Brooklyn, Ethan and Rachel two sisters Ruth(Emerson) Barbour Jean(Aubrey)Pope and brother Stuart(Julia) Sturge.
Also a large circle of nieces , nephews and friends.A special thank you to Dr.Solomon and nurses at the Dr.G.B.Cross Memorial hospital for their constant care and compassion.

Cremation has taken place and a family service will take place at Orams funeral home Eastport on Thursday April 28 2016 at 2pm..Interment to follow at St.Stephens Anglican Cemetery ,salvage.
