LeBLANC, YVONNE
Yvonne LeBlanc of Dieppe (formerly of La Hetrière) passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at the age 95. Born in Old Shediac Rd, Memramcook on July 31, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Alphee Melanson and the late Rosalie Dupuis.
She worked at l’Institut de Memramcook until her retirement.
She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Rita (Eugene) LeBlanc, Jeannine (Jean-Paul) Leger and Josette (Gilles) Daigle all of Dieppe; six sons, Normand of Moncton, Eugene (Corinne) of Pre-D’en-Haut, Romeo of Dieppe, Laurie (Beatrice) of McGinley, Leonel (Lorraine) and Donald (Anne) both of La Montain; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Aime (1984), one daughter Bertha, four sisters, Olida, Alma, Lea and Adeline and by one brother, Joseph.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Sunday, May 1 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Monday, May 2 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
