Age 78, formally of Cuslett. Passed peacefully away at home surrounded by his loving family, in Jerseyside Placentia. Predeceased by his parents John and Nora, sisters Maryann, Margaret, brother Clifford, and beloved daughter-in-law Alamena. Leaving to mourn with heavy hearts and a lifetime of love, best friend and wife of 49 years Mary (Bonnell), son John, daughter Michelle (Dave), His precious grandchildren Krista (Paul), Joshua (Joanne), Aimee (Ricky), Stephen, John David, sister Bernie (Vince), brother Tom, as well as a large circle of relatives and special friends. Dad enjoyed the simple pleasures life had offered him. He was a great friend to many and will be missed dearly. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Maher's Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 3rd from 7-9 pm and Wednesday, May 4th from 2-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial is to take place 11 am at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia on Thursday, May 5th.
