Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 after a brief illness. Predeceased by her loving husband Cyril; mother and father Bill and Annie Breen; sister Shirley and brothers-in-law Roy Cole and Bill Hickey. Leaving to mourn her four sons Cyril (Michelle), Tony, Paul and Stephen (Cathy); four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brothers Billy (Veronica), Lennard (Karen), Dan (Sheila) and Kevin (Bonnie); sisters Betty, Mary (Allen), Linda (Len), Carolann (Ken) and Nancy (John); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. As per Patricia's request cremation has taken place.
