Everett, Karen Elizabeth – 62, Clyde River, Shelburne Co., passed away on May 13, 2016 at Roseway Hospital. Born in Sandy Point, NS she was the daughter of the late Karl and Phyllis (Rudolph) Nicoll. Karen is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Jason) Cottreau; brother, David (Mary) Nicoll; three nephews, Jeff (Lynda), Chris (Meagan) and Jason (Christina). She is also survived by special friends, Robert Kane and Denise Nickerson and their children, Olivia and Ben. Karen was part owner and secretary of Clyde Distributers 2000 Ltd. Karen was a very strong and independent person. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements were under the care of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Barrington. There was a Memorial service held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Matthew’s United Church, Clyde River, Pastor Edwin Allen officiated. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Matthew’s United Church or the Roseway Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.
