Passed peacefully away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, PCU, Mary Helen Cole (nee Chaulk), in her 84th year. Predeceased by her sons-in-law Harold Guy and Gord Yetman; brothers Ross, Ray and Don; sisters Ruby, Hazel, Minitie and Ruth. Leaving to mourn her daughters Judy Yetman and Debbie Guy (Pius); her granddaughters Jessica Guy (Tzu Yang) and Kathryn Clarke (Robert). Also leaving to mourn her two brothers Max and Ford (residing in Carmanville); as well as a number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Many thanks to Cambridge Estates for their care during Mom's stay, to the wonderful staff of 5NA HSC and staff at the Miller Centre. Thanks to Father John Courage, Rev. Gail Coley-MacDonald and Rev. Greg Mercer for their comforting words and prayers. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday, May 24, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Service from Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at 11 am, with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
