Grant, Marvin Raymond
It is with great sadness that the family of Marvin Raymond Grant announces his passing on Tuesday, May 24th, 2016, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. He was born in Nashwaaksis, New Brunswick, on January 24th, 1938, to the late Charles “Raymond” and Leora Grant.
Marvin will be forever missed by his wife, Marjorie; children, Darcy Grant (Larry Sampson) and Krista Grant Haysom (Steven); grandchildren, Lauren, Grant and Sophie; sister, Judith; and brothers, Wendell and Ken.
Along with his parents, Marvin was predeceased by his sister, Joyce (Thomas); and brothers, Don and Aulden.
Visitation will be held at McAdam’s Funeral Home on Friday, May 27th, 2016, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 28th, 2016, at 3:00 pm in the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel with Pastor Normand McDonald officiating and Rev. H. G. MacKenzie assisting. Interment will take place in the Mactaquac Baptist Cemetery following the service.
