It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Evans announce his passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL on Friday, May 27, 2016 at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his beloved wife Anne; son David Evans, Red Deer, AB; daughter Janice (Greg) Clarke, Port au Port; sisters: Mary (Tom) Belleville, ON, Daphne (Lloyd) Pretty, Stephenville; brother Willis (Christine) Wasaga Beach, ON; four grandchildren: Sean, Amanda, Cheryl and Christopher; uncle George W. Evans, CBS; special friends Albert (Doretta) Sams, Codroy and a larger circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Ralph and Marie Evans. Thank you to Rev.
