Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, Lemuel Seward of Gooseberry Cove, aged 73 years. Predeceased by his parents Katherine and Simeon; brother Eldon and nephew Dale. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Martha of 43 years; daughter Tonya (Corey Soper); son Sheldon (Crystal); grandchildren Shelby, Cassie, Dawson, Alexa and Amelia; sisters Marguerite (Bill), Marion (Eli), Daphne (Kevin), Joan (Sterling) and Eleanor (Harry); brothers Ed (Marguerite) and Sterling (Naomi); and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Little Hearts Ease. Funeral service took place on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at United Church, Southport with interment at United Cemetery, Southport.
