Passed away peacefully at the Health Science Centre on June 6, 2016, Stella Hamlyn, age 87 years. Predeceased by her husband Ralph Hamlyn; parents William and Eliza Bradbury; and sister Vera Spurrell. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are her sons: Ralph, Gerald (Brenda), Stewart, Doug (Tony) and Colin; daughters: Barbara (Boyd), Stella, and Mildred; grandchildren: Melanie, Julia, April, Holly, Megan, Christina, Kimberly, Amy, Jackson and Stephen (Teeanna); great-grandchildren: Hailey and Leaha; brother Gordon (Catherine); sister Maureen; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, June 8 form 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Barrett's Funeral Chapel, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, June 9 at 2 pm, interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
