Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Saturday, June 11th, 2016, Ivy Burton, age 92. Predeceased by her husband Samuel, brothers Cyril, Max, Wesley, Roland, sisters Dorothy and Vernie. Left to mourn with loving memories are her son Gerald (Elizabeth) of Stoney Plain, AB; daughter Doreen Stacey (Clifford) of Stewiacke, NS; brothers Wilfred Philpott (Florence) of Point au Bay, Ivy Philpott of Bay Roberts, sister Beulah Butt of Surrey, BC; grandchildren Gary, Donna, great-grandchildren Treasure, Travis, Taylor, Cody, Ashley and a circle of family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander.. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 14th at 2:00 P.M. from Evangel Pentecostal Church, Gander. Interment followed at All Saints Cemetery.
