Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on June 23, 2016, Dermot Francis Murphy of Freshwater, Placentia Bay in his 63rd year. Leaving to mourn his wife of 38 years, Judy (nee McFatridge) and son Ronald (Jenny) and a wide circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 and on Sunday from 1-5. Funeral service will be held in Barrett's Chapel on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 2 pm. Interment will take place at a later date.
