It is with great sadness the family of the late Cora Pauline House announce her passing on June 25, 2016 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's at the age of 67 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 47 years, Lawrence House; daughter Tracy Stairs (Matt); son Stephen House (Aimee); grandchildren: Cameron, Alexandra, Paige and Zachary; brothers: Wade Kendall (Kit), Clarence Kendall (Wendy) and Shawn Kendell (Tracey); sisters: Madonna Sheppard (Roy), Bernice Park (Bill), Joy Atfield (Leonard), Wanda Layden (Fred), Debbie Sweet (Brent) and Sherry Crocker (Randy); sister in law Roslyn Tummillo (James); aunts: Alma Park (Rod) and Alice Skinner (Ward); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cora was predeceased by her parents Mary and George Kendell; brother Frank Penney; sister in law Evelyn and mother and father in law Wilhemina and Joseph Kitchener House. Friends may visit St. Paul's Anglican Church Summerside on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Thursday June 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Malcolm Palmer and Reverend Eddie House officiating. At Cora's request cremation will follow the funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date, at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers will be graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Clare's Mercy Hospital Intensive Care Unit.
