We wish to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude to all who sent flowers, mass cards, sympathy cards and donations in Terry's memory and to those who supported the family during the visitation.
Special thanks also go to the doctors and nurses of the Health Sciences Special Care Unit 4NB, Intensive Care and The Miller Centre Palliative Care Team.
