Passed peacefully away on July 12, 2016, Lorraine Brewer of St. John's, aged 73 years. Predeceased by parents William and Laura Holwell and brother Brendan Holwell. Leaving to mourn husband James Brewer; daughter Rhonda Squires; son-in-law Danny Squires; granddaughter Laura Squires (Jesse Hibbs), grandson Colin Squires; great-granddaughter Emma Hibbs; brothers Ronald Holwell (Milly), William Holwell Jr; sisters Barbara Greeley (Sandy), Gertrude Holwell (Hugh Westcott); brother-in-law Thomas Brewer (Helen); sisters-in-law Mary Ring (Claud), Kay Fudge (William), Teresa Shishido, Helen Oliver, and Rose Ward (David). Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, July 14 and Friday, July 15 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Patrick's Church on Saturday, July 16 at 9:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
