Peacefully at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge, Eldon on Friday, April 1, 2016 of Lawrence Bernard formerly of Tignish age 85 years. Lawrence was the son of Arthur and Olive (Chaisson) Bernard and is lovingly remembered by his brother Cyril and his sister Catherine Eyton-Jones both of Montreal. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Basilica on Thursday, July 28th at 10 a.m. Interment later in St. Simon and St. Jude Parish Cemetery, Tignish.
