Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Friday, April 4, 2008 in the presence of his family Avalon M. (Ted) Goodridge age 73 years. Predeceased by his parents Avalon and Anita and brother Norman. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Helen, sons: Michael (Rhonda), Andrew (Rosemary) and Tony; brother Harold, sister-in-law Edyth and grandchildren Peter and Laura as well as a large circle of family and friends. Visitation at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd., on Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to take place on Monday, April 7 at 2 p.m. from Carnell's Memorial Chapel. Burial to follow at St. Philip's Anglican Cemetery at St. Philip's-Portugal Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
