Passed peacefully away in Ontario on August 2, 2016, Mark Collins, aged 40 years, formerly of Placentia, NL. Leaving to mourn his partner Grant Weir, parents John and Madonna Collins, brothers Gerard (Dana) and Steve (Michelle), niece Hayley, nephews Noah and Dylan, as well as a large circle of family and friends in Newfoundland and Ontario. A celebration of Mark's life will take place at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia on Saturday, August 20, 2016 with visitation from 10 am - 2 pm, including a memorial service at 2 pm. Inurnment will follow at Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SPCA of NL.
