Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center, St. John's on Friday, April 4, 2008, Iris Chatman of Canning's Cove, aged 84 years. Predeceased by Husband Thomas Chatman; brother Joseph Penney. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter Sherry (Gerry Frampton) of St. John's; sons Rev. Nelson (Vida), Hodge's Cove, Rick (Jennie) of Canning's Cove, Ron (Irene) of St. John's, Shawn (Pauline) of Lethbridge, Murray (Cindy) of Canning's Cove; 15 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at St. John the Divine Anglican Church, Canning's Cove with interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Canning's Cove. In her memory donations may be made to St. John the Divine Anglican Church Canning's Cove or the Anglican Rectory, Lethbridge.
