We, the family of the late Norman MacQueen, wish to express our sincere gratitude for the love and support shown to us during the recent loss of a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. For the many expressions of sympathy, phone calls, kind words of support, visits to our homes, gifts of food, sympathy cards of condolence, flowers, donations to the food bank, Gideons and memorial gifts in honour of our dear father, we are forever grateful. We want to express a sincere thank you to Dr. Andrew Wawer and his staff for his care and compassion to our Dad for many years. To the Northside Homemakers and VON, Dad so much enjoyed you daily visits and your many kindnesses above and beyond in your care for him. Thank you to Mr. Wayne MacQueen and Mr. Joe Bernon for the lovely funeral service and the ladies of the Gospel Hall for the delicious lunch after the service. To the Pallbearers, Norman MacQueen, Joel MacIsaac, Logan MacQueen, Christopher MacQueen, Andrew Gillan and Malcolm Caldwell, a very special thank you. We wish to thank Manning Jobes and staff of Jobes Funeral Home for their compassion and professionalism.
We will forever miss our gentle giant.
